Terms & Condition

DECLARATION:-

A. Remuneration –if the news sent by the reporter is accepted by the news channel the specific remuneration will be paid to the reporter.

B. Additional payment for collecting news, shooting etc. will not be paid by the company.

C. Reporter must send at least 10 news per month to company.

D. Only standard, authentic news will be accepted.

E. The reporters must follow all the rules and regulations prescribed for reporters by company.

F. The reporter should have mobile, camera bike of his own.

G. The reporter should not be involved in any criminal or police case.

H. The reporter must keep secrecy regarding the agency affairs or deals otherwise legal action will be taken against him.

I. The news should be provided to this company only.

J. The reporter is not allowed to keep contact with any channel.

K. This company has the right to choose the news sent by the reporter and send it to certain channel.

L. The reports appointment is purely temporary, after observing his performance for a year his appointment period can be extended.

M. If the reporter performance is unsatisfactory then his appointment will be cancelled without giving any cause .if the reporter has any devices or appliances provided by this agency he must immediately return them to the agency within 7 days if his appointment is discontinued.

N. The reporter will not be given any compensation by the agency if has got any physical or economical loss while collecting the news.

O. The reporter only will be held responsible if he provided any illegal unreal or false news.

P. The news should be sent to this agency either in Marathi or Hindi.

Q. If necessary video shooting is expected from the reporter with his own expenses.

R. The specific remuneration will be credited directly the bank account of the reporter.

S. This agency doesn’t allow the reporter to work as a servant of his agency.

T. That I have know, my salary will be computed or calculated on completing condition of my targets or job responsibility other then my monthly attendance (for back off).

U. I agreed with these and other terms and conditions..

V. I hereby declare that the information furnished in this form and letter is true to the best of my knowledge.

W. All rights are reserved by company .company have full rights to change the rules and conditions *

विशेस सूचना:-                                                                       1 . डिजिटल कार्ड और लेटर बिलकुल मुफ्त में दिया जाता है . उसे प्रिन्ट  कर आप इस्तेमाल करना है .  

2. यही कार्ड और लेटर हम से या आप के राज्य प्रभारी के माद्यम से बनवाया हुवा चाहिए तो बनवाने के लिए जो खर्चा आता है वह आप को देना होगा

3. नियुक्ती के लिए कोई आप से पैसा मागता है तो उसकी सूचना हमें ९९२१८४८९५९ इस नंबर पर देना है .

4 . आप की नियुक्ती आप के राज्य प्रभारी की शिफारिश से ही होगी . विशेस परस्थितियों में ही हम इस नियम में हस्तक्षेप कर सकते है .

५. श्री दिनेश शुक्ल संपर्क प्रमुख के पद पर नियुक्त है . उनके द्वारा आप से संपर्क किया जा सकता है उनके साथ सम्मान के साथ संभाषणं हो .
